~ The Tea Party: The Atlanta Tea Party Patriots are going to sue the Cobb County Commission within 10 days, in a effort to block the spending of taxpayers money to fund the new Braves ballpark. Their argument is that it is illegal for public money to go into a private business. Unfortunately, this will delay, but not stop the inevitable.

~ Kemp to remain with Dodgers: Matt Kemp will be remaining with the Los Angeles Dodgers for the time being. So reports his agent Dave Stewart after meeting with the Dodgers yesterday. "They said they have no plans to move him, bottom line", Stewart told ESPN. Stewart said Kemp considered this great news as he doesn't want to leave Los Angeles.

~ Four GIBBY's for Red Sox: The Boston Red Sox won four GIBBY Awards Tuesday night. The Red Sox won in the following categories: Manager of the Year ~ John Farrell ; Executive of the Year ~ Ben Cherington ; Moment of the Year ~ April 20th first game back after the 'Boston Marathon Bombings' ; Postseason MVP ~ David Ortiz.

~ More Booze sales for Red Sox: The Red Sox are scheduled to appear before the Licensing Board to increase the number of concession stands allowed to sell beer at Fenway from five to eight. Also they want to allow liquor sales extended to the end of the seventh inning. Red Sox spokeswoman Zineb Curran said, "One improvement we are pursuing is reducing concession lines with enhanced efficiency at existing point of sale in high-traffic areas around the park." -- In English that means "Sell more Beer !"
